Worco Powder Coating
2109 East Cherry Industrial Cr
Long Beach, CA
It is owned by Tony Pisano, of the Venolia Pistons Pisanos. They do excellent work. I had some wheels recently coated by them. The whole wheel, outside, inside and the tire portion were all coated the same. Most powdercoating companies only do the outside with a light dusting on the inside. These wheels look the same everywhere.
Good place with good customer service.
