This is a drive up one of our favorite roads
for Sat, August 24th.
Leaving from the gas station off the 210 at the Angeles Crest exit(by gas station) at about 9 - 9:30am, going all the way up to the vista point right after the tunnel, then coming back down for lunch at Newcomb's( lots of sport bikes and sports cars), and continue on to the 210 back where we started. For Santa Clarita Valley folks you could take the Angeles Forest Highway on the way back to get to SCV, a very fun road
The reason I picked Sat is because traffic is not as big a problem as it is on Sunday...
This will not be a very spirited drive unless you want it to be, meaning that if you don't want to drive very fast you could stay at the back, and those that want to will be in the front. No way to get lost (LOL), so we'll eventually catch up to one another.
For those that have never been, this is by far the best road in close proximity to LA (it is just behind the city of Pasadena), and not very many people know of it :-)
This is not an exclusive TT drive, so YES, other Audis, Porsches...(even a Ferrari or two) are welcomed.
Again, this is for Sat., the 24th, a week from this Saturday...OK Leif?

I'm definitely interested, but I'm new so you guys have to be nice and bear with me. Nothing sucks more than going somewhere you don't know anyone ![Big Grin](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Plus I've only had my A4 for less than a week, so naturally I'll be in back.

IMHO that is not the best starting point because of the traffic going up Angeles. I have always preferred to start with Big Tujunga. Starting with Osborne/Sand Cyn also works out really well. If you would like to work out some sort of plan, send me some email.
