They refused to fix it, even though it was working perfectly fine before I dropped it off.
$500 later, it was fixed.
Kinda put a bad view of them in my head. But then again, they're in business to make money.
But hydraulic fluid is cheap there - $8/bottle.

I bought a car there in April. Ryan (sales) repeated again and again how Audi's CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) inspects 330+ items on there cars. I assumed that 'inspect' also meant fixing faults. This includes a window that would NOT roll up, low oil, empty window washer fluid.
Never assume.
Other than that, the people were friendly. The sales manager even let me swap the wheels on the Turbo I bought with ones from a different car for $100.
Another nice thing... A couple of weeks ago I bought a used Audi (for the Wifey) from Costa Mesa Infiniti. One of the parts guys a MV Audi (Henry I think) helped me out with an ABS problem that car was having. He insured me that Audi was now selling a kit which included the electronic portion of the ABS in the engine compartment. This would save me appr. $1,600. This is why I bought the car. Thanks MVA!

are absolutely great to work with. I have been having serious issues with my CPO S4 I bought in February from MV Audi. It's been in the shop for 15 days out of 3.5 months.
They never once gave me any trouble at all. I am still covered by the original factory warranty still, but regardless, they have always gone out of their way to help me out.
Very friendly guys, knowledgeable, and curteous.
