need body parts.
new to the forums.i live in bakersfield and i have a 99 a4 1.8t awd.this winter i ended up banging up my car a bit in a slide off the road on the way to sierra summit. mainly im looking for a good salvage yard anywhere in southern cali, or some place that sells primed new parts.
need a front bumper with washers, drivers side mirror, and a hood. i figure i would save more money replacing these myselves then taking it to a dealership or bodyshop..

Dad's and Shokan both sell used parts. Dad's is in Sacramento and Shokan NY.
Otherwise you might see if somebody on the web or ebay is selling cheap knockoff body parts. Just beware that the fit leaves something to be desired in some cases, and you may end up taking it to a body shop to make it work in the end.
