Default Need inexpensive but quality shop in San Diego for brake work...best Audi service center?

Recently purchased a used B6 02 A4 1.8T w/29k miles on it. Car is under warranty for another 1.5yrs or 20k miles. I'm in Clairemont San Diego.

The back brakes are metal on metal...literally grinding. Need to have it serviced immediately.

Will Audi replace pads for free including labor? I've read a variety of good and bad luck stories about Audi honoring their warranty wrt to this situation. Wear and tear is a sticky one.

I'm considering Miramar Audi since it's the closest. Any regrets? Been told Hoehn in Carlsbad is best, but that's a bit of a hike. The car needs the 30k checkup as well, which is included in the warranty I presume.

If they don't replace pads for free, where in San Diego can I have SS lines, Motul 5.1 and some Carbotech Bobcat (or similar) pads installed for a reasonable price?

Thanks.
