Your tank slapper was a result of you over driving the chikanes. you can almost go straight thru them with VERY little wheel input.
All you have to do is very gently clip the curbs and your car is almost forced into the proper line.

the tank slapper was the result of my fear of burying the wheel in the pot-hole again, so i didn't use the track like i should have, and in an effort to maintain momentium (ie: the same speed as if i had followed the proper line) i over drove the car, applied too much power when exiting the S's and the rear end jumped a bit out of line.
