Default Wish me luck. Rusnak Pasadena vs. Downtown L.A. vs. Sta. Monica.

I normally take my car into Sta. Monica Audi for service because they've been pretty good to me. The problem is the 20 mile drive. I considered Downtown L.A. but they're in a bit of a remodel so I'm trying Rusnak in Pasadena for the first time. They're only 10 miles away. At 38k I've got a leak between the cats (I'm guessing rear output flange seal) and a burning oil smell coming from the engine (no spots on driveway.) Any guesses here?

Default I've not had good experiences at Pasadena.

My best dealer service experiences, including the Rusnaks, Ogner/Auto Gallery, Commonwealth, Keyes, and SaMo, have been far and away, Beverly Hills Audi.

As I suspect you know, that depends upon which Tech and SW you work with, and who referred you.

Default Positive for service...negative for sales

I've had good service dept. experience with Rusnak, but I'll buy from them again.

Default If you are not modded Rusnak is fine, go to Johnny Borza

otherwise stay away from Rusnak they are two face and will void your warranty.
