Too far a drive for me. Otherwise I'd try 'em. I'm in Los Feliz/Griffith Park.

Default I have had mixed experiences with Rusnak...(more)

My experience with Rusnak in Pasadena is that you have to keep an eye on what they do, as with all dealers. I just had it in there for a routine service last Fri, and did not tell them to NOT wash the car in the rain. When I got the car back the seats were sopping wet from them vaccumming it. While not directly related to the work, it was annoying that they did not use some common sense.
But living in Burbank, they are the closest dealer who is open on Saturdays.

BTW, if anyone knows a good Audi mechanic in the Burbank/Glendale/Pasadena area, please email me.

I think it's actually Johnny Borha, or Borja. (I don't remember). He's a SA, and a nice guy.

Default i'm in the valley and went to pacific

it was worth it.
had a worn bearing that was making noise. johnny as rusnak swore that he didn't hear a thing.
took it to pacific, didn't even ask to test drive it. they took it and replaced it.
but wasn't too happy with my rental. got a elantra...

but johnny is a very nice guy at rusnak.

Default Second. But I was under the impression that he's looking for Warranty Work.

If that's not the case, then yeah... absolutely go see Mike and Kevan at Ingolstadt West, my home away from home.

Problem at DTLA Audi is they're short on parts because of the remodel. Juan (SA) said so.
