depends if you are looking for a sedan or coupe. coupes are definitely harder to come by and they are a real gem if you have one. the 90CSQ has slight updates in interior as well as moderate updates in exterior styling. powerplants are different as the coupe is offered in inline 5 cylinder config making around 164 hp, while the 90 is offered only in the v6 12v form producing 172 hp.
we've owned two B4s (92-95) and a TYP89 80 and they are all awesome cars. although this post hasn't been that helpfull, it all comes down to what you want, a two door 5 cyl slightly older styling or a 4 door sedan in v6 with some moderate upgrades.

I'm only slightly biased ![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
The '94 will be a bit more refined inside and out (especially out); of course roomier than the coupe; has the V6 engine which is a nice engine (not necessarily the zippiest though).
As far as checking out a 90, maybe this is helpful:<ul><li><a href="http://www.12v.org/cars.php?car=80&version=us&view=used">http ://www.12v.org/cars.php?car=80&version=us&view=used</a</li></ul>
