Eurotech Knoxville... Great S8 service this morning!
I wanted to let you guys know that I had a great service this morning from Rick Berry and his wife, Janice, who have recently started Eurotech, here in Knoxville. You that live in the great state of TN, my brothers and sisters, know that between Nashvegas and Knoxville, the stealers leave something to be desired. Rick was great with my S8 and I wanted to get the word out!!! better! $1100 at Nalley Roswell, but warrantee took care of it. Got great service there by the way. They ordered the part the day before me bringing the car in, and fixed the car the same day. I then tried to take it back by the dyno, but door was closed during regular hours and sign on the door said, appt. only. Talked to a customer working on the inside of their fence, he went inside and told them I wanted to dyno, they didn't even come see me, they sent the customer back out to give me their card and he was told to relay to me, call ahead and make an appointment. Man! I just want a dyno, not to make a doctors appointment. Tried another AWD dyno down the road. They were much nicer, but said they had a car strapped down and doing some heavy tuning on it right when I called and to come back. So I guess I'll get to it whenever these guys have the time.
