Event Sponsors?
Anyone succesfully rallied sponsors for large events involving Audi/TT/A4/yadayada?
I'm in the planning stages of an event for next year based around HotLanta. Local tuners, dealers, other stories to share? How about F&B (food and beverage) issues: locales, good, bad, ugly?
Still very conceptual, and I', going to work w/ other experienced hands at getting this baby running. But we have a lot of attractions:
- Road Atlanta
- Chateau Elan
- Vineyards and North GA
- Stone Mountain
- Aquarium
So, cool weather, and the intercooolers will love it!
Appreciate any and all advice. I've planned operations for an Army Mech Brigade, but everyone there knows what they're supposed to do!

I gave up my spears a few years back. Kids, doing mens' work.
