Default Re: unbelievable that Jim Ellis Audi would do anything to help us out w/o making a HUGE profit ...

Been on the audiworld forums a long time and this , "kudo's" for JE is the 1st that I can remember.

Sorry for pointing it out but it just about floored me.

Revo yes I would think they would

Default Re: I'm Shocked !! and betya for every kudo's they get, 30 complaints will follow ...

Just I have lived here for over 40 years and they haven't a clue how to treat a educated buyer.

And yes I have delt with them on audi's/porsches and like a boat the best day of those vechiles was the day I sold them and did not have to deal with JE again.

Plus I have seen there service/transport kids ******* new cars ( s4's )when moving them from PIB to Cobb and when your own car passes you one day on PIB and you left in in there shop for service, you might have a change in opinion .

They just don't care cause there are unlimited buyers and they will always get there share on uneducated buyers

They might be trying to change , but they got a LONG way to go from 30 to 1 IMO and probably forums would support my % if you search it out.

IMHO if its a audi, you best deal with Nalley of roswell cause I have had the experiance and it has been good 10 out of 10 times so far and I like those %'s.

Heck anyone can screw up I know , its just a matter of time for any of them but its what you do about it when you screw up that matters.

Default Meh, he's merely stating opinions based on personal experiences, I feel the same way

JE did repairs on my car when it was in a wreck and did them improperly, denied the faulty work and lied about reinspecting it. I was forced to take it to Nalley where they not only fixed the problem and gave me a free loaner, they only charged me 2 hours labor when it took 4 days or diagnosing. I didn't pay for the repair in the long run, but they get a HUGE thumbs up in my book. I drive up to Nalley now to get parts even though they may be more expensive, and when you add in gas, they usually are.

F- JIM ELLIS!!!!! JE SUCKS!

Default Here's a "Nalley Sucks" story for you....

4-5 years ago I decided to make a career change. I was an analyst for WorldCom, a corporation that had just filed the largest chapter 11 in US history, and I felt I needed to get out. Since I love Audis I wanted to try my hand at selling them.

I called my acquaintance Becky Campbell and she landed me an interview with the sales manager. After one interview I was easily hired given my knowledge of the brand and my past big ticket sales experience. I told him I'd be taking 2 weeks at my current job to finish up which he said was fine.

Two weeks later I show up and the sales manager I had interviewed with is not there. In fact, I learn he's been fired. The new sales manager, Clay (not Clay Nalley), has a brief chat then shows me my office. He doesn't speak to me for the rest of the morning or all afternoon.

As it nears time to go home, Clay calls me into his office. He tells me he's "not going to be able to hire me" and ushers me out the door.

Now, this really fvcked up my life, dontcha think? I was lucky to not be homeless after that.... a young man, no income, no savings, etc. I could easily decide because of this terrible experience that "Nalley sucks" and start blasting them everywhere I had the chance, much like some of you guys do to JE.

BUT, does Nalley really suck because of this? Nah. The new sales manager was a douche, no doubt. That's right, I blame the PERSON, not the dealership.

When I bought my TT, guess what family I gave my business to? That's right, the Nalley family. I don't hold silly grudges, and I don't think you should either. Somehow I think there's more to these JE horror stories than you guys are telling us as they're just way too one-sided. But that's the beauty of a forum... you can take some and ignore some. Problem is, you guys will get yourselves into a legal bind if you continue to blast JE. It has most definitiely happened before.

Default Re: Hey I never said nalley did not make mistakes but atleast they take care of there customers...

and have less horror stories than JE.

By the way Just #1 is pretty darn good and bet it took a while to find that thread.

Plus even tho I did not BUY my S4 or my RS6 from them, they always gave me a loaner and worked to make any problem I have or have had correct.

Where as JE said NO loaner on S4 or RS6 and had no time to deal with a car they did not sell to me !!

Yeah they messed me up to but they took care of it and in a timely manor.

I guess since you got them to buy your food and drinks that they are OK guys.

Look I could really care less as there are more here who agree with me on JE than diss-agree like you and a few.

Funny what a few trinkets will do.

I was going to let it go untill you posted more about this thread oldschool.

Atleast Nalley is consisstant .

I want to hear sell/service related issues that are positive from JE
