Default B5 S4 Sedan versus Avant suspension
Are the OEM shocks/springs the same on B5 S4 Avant/Sedan or does the Avant differ due to the fact that it's a wagon design?

Default Spring are different
Wagons have a slightly higher load carrying capacity, and thus have a slightly different rear spring.

Thanks for the reply. Would they physically fit but make the car ride at a different height or do they just plainly not fit?

The springs are the same shape, but the ride heights won't be what they should.

But that's enough to easily cause 1/4" height difference and give that butt-drag look.
