Most certainly offset changes some aspects of geometry up front (in regards to steering), but I don't think those can be adjusted by an alignment.

However, since we all have negative camber to one degree or another, a lower ET would mean the tire is a bit closer to the top of the wheel well. Other than that though there shouldn't be anything different related to camber.
