Running H&R Sport springs with S4 Bilsteins?
I am running S4 Bilsteins and H&R Race springs, which need replacing.
I am not too fond of the low ride height anymore, and would like to maybe move to H&R Sport springs instead. Will this cause issues with my Bilsteins?

You'll be fine.
The Sport springs will work just fine with the Bilsteins. Keep in mind that the ride will be a little on the harsh side. You'll probably have a little more compression damping than you want for comfort using that combination.

A4 shocks.
They'll have a softer compression damping, and won't hit so hard on potholes and cracks in the road.
S4 shocks are just valved for the heavier car and not a great match on the A4.
But if you're happy with how it rides now, it won't be terribly different just by changing the springs.
