How many Psi (or mBar) is the turbo pressure in 1.9PDTDI motor (AVF)?

How many Psi (or mBar) is the turbo pressure in 1.9PDTDI motor (AVF)?
Somebody said that the manufacturing data is (1350mBar) ~19.5 Psi but my car turbo pressure value is (1500mBar) ~22Psi. What do you think about it? Is there chiptuning in my car?
