Default Oil buying site

It can be difficult to find oil that conforms to the VW 507 standard. I found several options available on this site:
http://matrixsyntheticoils.com/store...motor_oil.html

Mobil 1 ESP Formula - SAE 5W-30
Pennzoil Platinum VX - SAE 5W-30
Total Quartz Ineo 504/507 - SAE 5W-30

I have the 2011 Q7 TDI. So far it is not burning through oil the way my A4 did. For gas I'm averaging 25 mpg. Highest I've gotten was 26, lowest was 20 (into the wind across Wyoming)I do mostly highway to mountainous driving.

You can buy the Mobil 507.00 oil at Pep Boys for $8.

Lots of on-line places offer free shipping.

Most VW dealers will have the 507.00 oil. I would hope Audi dealers do as well since it's mandatory in the A3 and Q7 TDI. The dealers typically have the Castrol SLX Professional LL03 5W30 oil. Some report finding it for as little as $8 at the dealer.

There are supposed to be a few more offering coming soon.
