Which constable? I just had court date.
First. Sorry about the ticket.
Last October I got a running red light ticket. That was my first moving violation ticket in 15 years.
My court date was last Wednesday with Judge Ridgway. Basically I took Deferred Adjudication since I didn't really have a decent defense other than, "Are you sure it was me?". Thus I've got to be supah clean for 6 months.
The judge requires all law enforcement officers to be present. So no more, "Officer not present" dismissals.
