You can use the HOUSTON section on texasaudigroup it is there but not used maybe all it needs is someont to start posting Houston relevant stuff.

Posting on the internet won't matter. The core of Audi enthusiasm is weak in this town...
...we tried in the past, but it never reached a crtical mass of participation nor any kind of consistent momentum to make it worthwhile planning or attending an event on a consistent basis.
