but you have to force them on it. i had a TERRIBLE neighbor once and the third time i called the office i said something to the effect of "I don't care what you have to do, even if it includes sending guido over to break some legs, but this must stop now."

It was bought out and went to ****. It turned into a ghetto. I guess they no longer checked credit or cared who rented as long as they filled the complex.
