Default please help...got citation for speeding(55 at 35 limit). What should I do?? I just moved to TX from
CA 2 weeks ago. There's this site www.ticketassassin.com which explains the procedures for contesting in CA. I don't even know what to do w/ the citation....driving course, plead guilty or plead not guilty? What are the odds of avoiding the fine? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Default I'm very positive that I was going that speed, but should I plead not guilty or should I just try to
request for driving course??
