Uh, I've heard of some ridiculous waiting times for a service appointment, but a month? That's insane. And to think their service department is open until 10pm. This is for Carlsen in Palo Alto . . if any of you Bay Area guys can recomend another dealership for service, I'll try to get an appointment sooner.
Thanks

Anderson-Behel has gotten "better". Now you can get an appointment in 4 weeks instead of 8 weeks. I guess a month's wait is "good" for the Bay Area, although I agree that it's unacceptable. --chbj

mechanics. Miramar VW/Audi only has two. I waited
two weeks for 5k service and it took 2 days. I was also told by an X Audi mechanic that many have jumped ship because Audi made it hard to make money.
