I live in Connecticut and recently called a dealership about the lease cost of a TT. He said the price would be somewhere a little north of $500 per month on a 36 month lease with 15K per year, which sounded pretty lousy. For example, I'm paying $350 per month on a 39 month, 15K per year lease on a Saab 9-3 5 door, which would have only cost about $2,000 less to buy than the TT(the TT would be for my wife). Has anyone out there been quoted a better lease deal? I realize this is a very popular car, but I think I could do better. Thanks.

The $500+ cost was with no money down. The $350 per month on my Saab was with $1,000 down.

The Saab lease is a factory subvented lease because they can't give them away Audi doesn't have to subvent the TT

I was quoted a money factor of .002999. Based on a Taxable vehicle price of $33,925 with 5.75% sales tax for 36 months (0 down) and a residual of 64% it comes out to $506.15 per month. Same deal for 48 months (59% residual) is $452.43 per month. (technically that money factor is .00301, but it's as close as I could get with the Excite program)
