Not surprised about Lexus but Audi is too low ...
We have a '99 RX-300 that has been 99.8% trouble-free and the three times that it has been in the shop have been just normal maint. The whole service experience at the dealer has been excellent. I get surveys from Lexus HQ and calls from the dealer and Lexus HQ after every service appt! Also, these cars just don't break.
Audi at #30 is not consistent w/ my 01' TTR 225 and '00 A6 2.8 experiences. While I have had a few issues, in general my ownership experience and dealer experience (The Exchange Highland Park, IL) has been very, very good for both vehicles and nothing like some of the horror stories I read about on this forum.
Knock on wood ... my TT has been perfect with the exception of the DV @ 4k miles; I drive it very hard all the time but it is not mod'ed (not that I think the car can't take it but I just have not gotten around to doing what you guys have done to your TT's). I had a '92 Q 100CS before the A6 and also had a very positive experience with it right up to when I traded it in at over 120,000 miles.
