That's way low for a cable modem. Must be a lot of TV watchers in your neighborhood right now.

I was up around 150.

It's Sprint Broadband (Wireless cable)

It's a MMDS(Multipoint Microwave Distrobution System). It operated in the 2.5 GHz spectrum, and Sprint and MCI own almost all of the licences nationwide. Currently, it requires line of sight (in Chicago they are shooting off the Sears Tower), but the next generation systems will be NLOS (Near Line of Sight) with the headend on cell towers and the home antenna will be an direct-tv style mounting.
