Anyone has same experience?
Thankful to God that it hit my bumper/ fender instead of my passenger side door (T-bone)..and fortunately there was people who saw it and stop wait until the police came as a witness.
Now I dont know what is going to happen next, as I never been to this kind of accident.
- First, he ran the redlight, is there anything else going to happen, or its just going to be like normal accident and my car will get fixed?
- I have the hitter information, however statefarm said the policy is under different name...
- My neck and back feeling funny now, hopefully its gone by tomorrow. anyone has doctor recomendation? (SEattle, WA)
- Lastly, where should I go to fix it? I am thinking to go to Metro. Any other shop open on Saturday?? (Seattle, WA)
thanks so much, hope everyone else has good weekend. I saw green S4 that also in this forum, and a lot audis around when it happened.

You report it to your insurance company. They will have you take the car to a shop or have someone come out to inspect the damage. That person will write an estimate. I am assuming you have insurance and collision coverage. Your insurance company will also investigate liability, so give them the names and phone numbers for your witnesses.
While the other person's insurance company investigates the liability for the accident, you can pay your collision deductible, have your car fixed, then you will get your deductible back when the other driver's insurance company accepts liability. Your insurance company can collect your deductible from the other person's insurance.

Nothing is more important than you so take car of that first. Hospital will be best trained for initial accident related injury. Next take your car to Queen City in Redmond and get an estimate. Then get two other estimates from other reputable body shops that deal with exotic and high-end cars (should be a problem around here). Then use those estimate when dealing with the insurance company who will try and lowball you. If it were me, I would be talking to my insurance company and making them go deal with the other guy's company for reimbursement.
Good luck

i'm actually amazed at the restraint folks have exercised thus far on this thread. granted, it's never good to make fun someone's misfortune -- but given that he's been such a jerk to so many people here ...
