Default Really? I never told my insurance company about the one that wasn't my fault...........

Everything was done through the driver at faults insurance.

Default Correct^^ If you're not at fault your insurance company isn't involved...

At least that's been my experience. Unless of course the at fault driver and/or their insurance company are fightin' you, then you may need to get your insurance company involved...

Default true,it can be done but make sure you read your insurance contract...they usually require disclosure

or that you report any accident that happens regardless of fault. You don't have to file a claim bbut they usually require that you report it.

BUT once that happens it might create an increase in insurance rate regardless of fault.

It is generally easier to deal with the at fault party's insurance if their insurance company is reputable.

Accidents in general are a pain in the a$$ no matter who is at fault.
