The dealer paid for all repairs and a new windshield (to replace my pitted one). Audi Customer
Relations didn't want to be bothered with me: "sorry, there's nothing we can do if it doesn't concern the workmanship of the vehicle itself."
All told, I am still pissed about the whole thing. My interior has all sorts of scuffs, scratches, and dents that it didn't have before. My instrument cluster still doesn't work properly. The wheel that was curbed looks perfect--you can't tell that it was damaged.
Trying to get decent customer service from Audi and its dealers is a losing proposition. They truly suck.

Strange. When I called Prestige before my last oil change, they said they didn't use sythetics, so
I supplied my own. They we're happy to use my own Mobil 1, but said they just had Castrol dino oil. Who's your service writer at Prestige?
