I've got stuff to do today. :p
nice knifes btw...when I move into the new apartment I need to stock up on some phatty cookware, knifes, etc...any ideas? All I know as of now is that as a jew, I eat alot of bagels so a dualit toaster is in my future

Hey, my people wandered around too...
except we mostly used British Airways (fabulous seats that become beds, very civilized)... If it involves getting a Dualit, I might could consider conversion... The dietary constraints wouldn't be so bad, I like lox and stuff.
Just let me know, when you're REALLY ready to start shopping, I'll guide you - it's a wonderful, but arduous experience, I'll expect you to have trained beforehand, I'll have no whiners in my party, none of the "but, we haven't eaten or stopped moving in 12 hours... " wussy-crap... ;-)

You can still get a Dualit but it must have been designed for the Jew...
Plus, the Queen of England uses it and she ain't Jewish

Make sure you get the 4 slice Dualit in a retro finish. BTW,
The proper Jew Kitchen has the following:
Knives: Wusthof (we have to get over the German thing)
Cookware: All Clad (Professional)
Cooktop and oven: Viking or commercial Thermodore w/ oversized commercial hood.
Now go out and buy big!!!!
