15K oil change a major PITA!!
No wonder no one but Audi would change the oil. What kind of fine German engineers designed the oil filter location. You need to remove a handful of screws + skid plate to even see the oil pan and filter. Then the intercooler pipe will barely allow a oil wrench to fit, don't even think about using old style filter wrench. It took me a few minutes to even get the filter out through the assorted pipes wires etc.

It was easy for me...dropped it off in the morning, picked it up in the afternoon...Mobil1 & all...
Of course it cost me like $50 or something...but it was worth the lack of effort. :^D

I would do that do expect its 2 hours of driving to get to Audi&back
So I was stuck doing it myself as no other oil change place would touch it. They gave various excuses but really I don't think they wanted to deal with it because of how hard it was to get to. The engineers could have at least offered a flip down panel to get to the oil filter.
