Default 17743 (torque control limit exceeded)...any ever get this?

Driving on the way home, I decide to mash the pedal in forth...boost quickly jumps to 27psi revving up quickly...then at 5200 rpm...BAM! EPC light comes on, car slows and I pull over. Bring out my handy laptop, VAG the car. The error code was:

17743 Engie Torque Monitor 2: Control Limit Exceeded.

Pull over, turn the car off, EPC turns off, and seems fine. Did some logs, and things seem ok.

This was an interesting code, as I have not encountered it before.

Default Yep.. Fustrating as hell too..

Happens when Im getting on it.. First time I got the code I was going to do runs with my buddys Evo, I jump on the highway go wot and whamm.. EPC light.. Another time I was running a GTI.. Its always happening when Im pushing the car hard.. Some people on the A4 forum got this code and an MAF alleviated the problem..

Ive got a new MAF waiting along with a new acc. pedal.. The acc. pedal started throwing some codes too so maybe the two are related.. Once it warms up Im going to install both and see what happens..

Default Maybe, I'm still hitting 27 psi and I'm about 2800 ft above sea level...

I should be pushing less at this height.

Hmm, so this is what you guys have experience when limp?

Default that'd be interesting since our Haldex system is suppose to handle 1200 Nm torque...

shoot, if my little tt mustered that much torque!
