180 Forge FMIC folk- where/how to scew in the lower FMIC tabs?

180 Forge FMIC folk- where/how to scew in the lower FMIC tabs?
All Ive got is 1/8" plastic to screw the puppy in to.
I can move the horn mount inserts, but then I have to
also lower the FMIC which would mean hacking off the
tow thingy.
