Since I just finished this last weekend, here is the list of everything you need:
Exhaust Manifold to Block washers
N 903 572 01 (x13)
Exhaust Manifold to Turbo washers
N 903 572 01 (x3) (yep they are the same as above)
Manifold nuts
N 902 002 01 (x13) (the new ones are copper (lower heat expansion coefficient than my old steel ones)
Turbo to down pipe gasket
1J0 253 115 A
Turbo to down pipe nuts
N 102 090 05 (x4)
Turbo to Exhaust Manifold Gastket
06a 253 039 E
Exhaust Manifold to Block Gasket
058 253 039 G
Turbo oil/coolant line washer
N0138149 (x10) (In case you drop some)
Turbo oil/coolant line washer
N0138128 (x10) (In case you drop some)
Oil line on turbo
058 145 757 B
Oil line to sump
058 145 757 A
On top of all this you will need a turbo, a jerrycan of audi/vw coolant (purple stuff), 5 quarts of oil and you might just as well throw in a new oil filter (06a 115 561 B)
For the rest you can use the excellent K04-001 Install write up that we all know and love
(Thanks Ben!)

I'm still running REVO software for the regular K03-035 and I can indeed notice quite a difference (more than expected, to be honest).
According the Borg-Warner, the K03-052 (aka K03Sport) has a larger (5mm) and more efficient (K04-001) compressor wheel. This brings an automatic improvement in engine efficiency (in case of the 1.8T).
The two differences I notice are that it seems to build boost faster (makes sense since the turbine is the same but the compressor is larger) and that it doesn't run out of steam above 4500rpm, like my previous turbo did.
Overall, for the money ($180 shipped for the turbo + $100 in parts (oil/coolant etc.) the difference is very nice. It's an excellent upgrade for the OLD 180s (the new 180s already have a version of this turbo which, unlike mine, has a 'muffler' on the compressed air outlet side (is not supposed to affect hp/flow ratings). I found a K03-052 which is the same but doesn't have the muffler.
The next step is to get some good software for this setup, I've been e-mailing with REVO to see what they can do/offer. If anyone is interested please e-mail me (more people will make it more interesting for REVO to look into this)
