Default On 18x8 wheels -- what offset? ...and what size tires can I fit?

I'm just looking... not getting all mods at once, but just making a wishlist... I guess. :-/

Default 235/40/18 is best for tires, IMO. Offset depends a little on who flush you want the wheels to look.

Ideally you would have 18x8 with ET 20 in front and 15 in the rear. That would put all your wheels pretty much flush with the fender, assuming you lower the car a little from stock.

Default ET20 seems way too aggressive up front

I'm at maybe ET28 (ET32 - 2mm spacers - thicker stoptech rotors) up front and they're pretty flush. On the rear I run ET17 (15mm spacers) and that works out pretty well so ET15 would be good.

My front track width is actually wider with this setup than the rear so running ET20 at the front would be even more skewed.

Default And WTF do you know about this sort of stuff anyway?!

Hi, John ;-p

I'm pretty sure ET20 and ET15 would both sit just inside the fender line with a 1 inch drop.

Default Hiya Mark :)

20 should still be within the front fender, and ET15 on the back is just about perfect too. But, I don't think you need to go so wide on the fronts. Narrower will look good and I still think going too wide on the front has negative impacts on handling.

Default RS4 Replicas from Hartmann...>>>

or OEM RS4's from a wheel vendor in Michigan. They are 18"x8" ET 35.

You do not need spacers. The flush with top of fender fettish is B.S. in my opinion. It looks funny and creates splash on the side of the car due to the turn under of the body panels.
