00 Audi TT 180hp Fwd Knocking Or Clicking Noise When Shifting In And Out Of 1st And 2nd Gear Sometimes 3rd. Response Said Cv Joints That Is Not The Case Sounds Like Maybe Suspension Or Wheel Area. Any Suggestions Or Posiblities Before Sending It To The Dealership...

There's a box that says "Track Thread" just above where you click "Post". If you click that box, everytime someone responds to your original post, it will be at the top of the list when you open the forum or hit "refresh". You can also click the "tt" to the right of any thread to track it for future reference.

if no noise, then Hard Launch - 4 K and drop the clutch - Noise like you've heard... CV is then a canidate...
The curious would then put the car on jack stands, pull the belly pan and inspect the inner and outer covers... ripped? cut? grease spray in circle around CV boot? looks old? looks new?
Repeat several times to verify the 'symptoms' before going to the doctor..
If boot it's leaking and for a long time, the more likely CV is the cause...
then of course there is always the front sway bar "clunk"... that's a known problem for your year.
