Default You can also Track your original post.

There's a box that says "Track Thread" just above where you click "Post". If you click that box, everytime someone responds to your original post, it will be at the top of the list when you open the forum or hit "refresh". You can also click the "tt" to the right of any thread to track it for future reference.

Default Could be CV...Do your own test... quite road, windows down, 1st soft launch>>>

if no noise, then Hard Launch - 4 K and drop the clutch - Noise like you've heard... CV is then a canidate...

The curious would then put the car on jack stands, pull the belly pan and inspect the inner and outer covers... ripped? cut? grease spray in circle around CV boot? looks old? looks new?

Repeat several times to verify the 'symptoms' before going to the doctor..

If boot it's leaking and for a long time, the more likely CV is the cause...

then of course there is always the front sway bar "clunk"... that's a known problem for your year.
