Default 2002 Asheville Event ??

I guess I must have missed something here, but is there an event in Asheville next year? In the early stages, I assume. Noticed Larry had this in his sig.

My parents just stayed at the new Inn at the Biltmore, and said it is awesome. Maybe we can get a group rate? Right! Something less that $300.

Default Seriously (yes, I can be serious every once in awhile) if you come down for a reconnaissance

I'd love to join you out there if you head out to scope the joint! It is only 4 hours from me. ;-) I usually get out there once or twice a year as it is.

Default Summer concert series at Biltmore starts in August.....

Thru Sept. the 1st. Blood, sweat &Tears-8/03/01 >>> Gary Puckett, the Platters and the Tams-8/04/01>>> Harry Connick SR.-8/10/01>>> Bruce Hornsby-8/11/01>>>Shawn Colvin-8/17/01>>>Travis Tritt-8/18/01>>>Dionne Warwick-8/24/01>>>Lee Ann Womack-8/25/01>>>The American Swing Orchestra-8/31/01>>>AMERICA (70's group)-9/01/01 Call 800-413-9787 or 828-274-6319 (Biltmores #'s) for ticket info!! My wife and I are season passholders and go to Biltmore often...The concerts are outdoors on the South Terrace and the seating is first come first serve! All shows start at 8pm and are held rain or shine. We've stayed at the new Inn and it's rather pricey for what you get. Also if you plan on staying there better call waayyy in advance because it books up pretty fast and there's not that many rooms. They are selling concert packages that include the show of your choice and nite at the inn, with beeakfast buffet and dinner I belive. We got a Bruce Hornsby package for $400...king bed, jacuzzie suite!

Default That would be TURBO WEATHER!!! :-D

Another fun time is to go through the Biltmore around Christmas. They decorate the building for the season... pretty neat to see.
