Default 2005 Audi TT vs. 350Z?

Does anyone know how the new 2005 Audi TT stacks up performance-wise to the 350Z? They're selling a bunch of 350Zs...so somebody much like them. And they're getting a lot of press. I think it's the relative low pricing, high HP engine, and the body kind of resembles a TT vaguely. I doubt the build quality of the 350Z is as good as Audi but Nissan is doing something right.

Stock vs. Stock...Z wins. 285hp vs. 225 or 250 (3.2).... Z's cost less too.

Default LOL, that bin at the top of the console made my laugh so hard I cancelled my test drive.

Seriously, whoever approved that little binnacle at the top of the center console/dash for production should either be fired by Nissan or flown to France to clean grease out of the nastiest machine at the Renault factory.

Default The TT stacks up a distant second to almost all the pocket rockets.

Why else does such an insane group like ours waste so much waking time figuring out how to tweak the blasted car to go faster and quicker?

It's about Japan vs German technology. I go for German anytime.
