If you want an inexpensive track car, the 350Z is a no-brainer. If you want an attractive, well built, comfortable car with the assurance provided by Quattro, the TT is the better bet. If you drive both cars as I have, the merits and shortcomings of each car become readily apparent. Since I don't race, the TT was an easy choice for me.

it's as heavy as a TT (even tho it is just RWD) and isn't balanced as well as a more serious track car would be. The Z should handle better and be faster than a stock TT but I think a few simple mods really closes the gap. The Z is certainly quite a bit cheaper than the TT but I'd gladly pay the extra money for the interior and the details that make the TT work so much better.
