That's where I ended using the glue also. Hopefully you can get your spoiler
off of the bumper for painting without any real drama. It probably will go better with a little bit of heat. Luckily, I'm heading to a place that typically hits the 90s and 100s this weekend, so hopefully that will play a part in softening any glue that is reluctant to let go.
