225QC stock exhaust vs. UUC (cat-back) questions?

So, I'm thinking about get the UUC exhaust, but want to know if the UUC is much louder than the stock exhaust - I live in an area that might not appreciate something too loud.

Also, any ideas on the power/torque increase from the UUC?

I might be getting this confused...thought UUC dropped TT exhaust...just a few prototypes made..no??
