3 NYC airports reopened at 11am . . . LaGuardia evacuated minutes later . . .
Still no planes over my house heading to JFK . . . No idea what is happening with Newark . . .
Heading to the beach now to see what ships are offshore now . . . Be back in a little while . . .
Still waiting to hear from some friends and friends of friends. Already know of too many people lost . . .

Just got back from the beach a little while ago . . .
All I see are about a dozen cargo ships and cruise ships. No idea where CNN got the footage of the USS George Washington off the coast of Long Beach/Lido Beach. I do not see any military vessels anywhere on the horizon. I have used a 400mm and binoculars.
My girlfriends building was evacuated about 30 minutes ago. She found her boss about 10 minutes later and now is on the LIRR on her way home.
