As of 3pm yesterday I've officially signed my life away for the house mod!
The wife, TT and I are extremely excited! Married in May; house in October...not too shabby!

First Mod: Figure out where the money is coming to pay for this thing!
Actually we are doing quite a bit of renovations through out the house. One of the things I was able to squeak in was the Bendpak that steve and the others have as well as building an insulated box for the air compressor down in the basement with copper lines into the garage. Thats it for auto related mods.
