As far as proven HP. The numbers are going to vary ofcoarse to what tune and exhaust you may have... I saw huge gains in the ability to rev and pull to 7g's, I also did an ABD intake manifold at the same time... I also tuned it with the APR test pipe file. I love the downpipe and thats why I sell it, because I use it, and stand behind it!
