Often wondered about that myself. Must be some way to prevent the service order from being completed
or deleting the order so Audi doesnt know it ever existed or something. But the surveys seem to be random. I have got calls for about half (4) of the times it has been in. Sheesh..8 times in 6 months? wow..thats unreal, IMO.
Hope they get the cluster replaced when it goes in a couple weeks from now
Wonder if I'll get a call for that service..we will see.
