They did a full inspection, changed the oil and filter (my oil and filter), changed the air filter, the pollen filter, rotated the tires and flushed the radiator. They lubed all the hinges and cleaned and lubed the sunroof rails. This came to $323 (not a dealer). $800 does seem a bit steep.

You *want* to do the timingbelt at 60-70k, especially if you have a 2000 or 2001 model.
It's fairly unlikely that the timingbelt tensioners will actually last the 120k miles that the belt itself is supposed to be able to handle..
