Apple OS still runs circles around Windows - sorry to say - I wish MicroCrash was better.

since I have to support both systems at work, and I have a lot more trouble with our Mac people then I do with the PC people, and the Mac to PC ratio is like 1 Mac to 50 PC's. Our servers do go down (most NT), but like one every few months are there are well over 60, ranging from Pentium 166 to 8 CPU Xeons.
Plus most of the time when the Macs are used in our networked enviornment they require NT to house the server software, and then have Mac's access it. I am not sure how good their servers are, I guess I see all their machines as normal desktops/clients.
Too bad Apple is not robust enough to operate as a server ;-)

more often - even when I run Virtual PC - the darn Windows enviro is crashing at least once per day when used.My viewpoint is purely from a User - not a network - and as a User, it is easier to move and find files w/ Apple

If I used some kind of emulation for Mac, I would not stress crashed in it, since there is probably a problem with the emulation. I guess my problem with Apple is not with the OS, it is with the complete propriety of the system, no clones, they can charge whatever they want, and the only assurance things will improve is that they are starving for customers.
If they allowed clones, and an open architecture for the OS to run off of I would not be so hard on the whole topic. I guess I look at it, that I can run Unix (any flavor-almost), Windows, OS/2, Linux, etc off the same type of machine, but not Macintosh.
