about to get a GIAC chip soon but already have a BM giving me over 20# will I need to re-adjust?...
I hear the GAIC chip gives higher boost so will that add to my already high boost of 22#? if so that would set me into limp for sure. has anoybody done a BM before a chip??

you will need to re-adjust the BM with a GIAC chip. Since yours is homegrown I
can't tell you how many turns on creep or relief as on a Schwing BM. I had the chip first but now with the BM I can hit 25+ psi no problem. It's parked around 23 for daily use though as anything higher I'm told is really making heat and not more power.

dunno..... came with the house this year when we bought it in March.
the cover and I wrestled the other day fairly well taking it off.... he's now puking his guts out over the fence. last time he tries that one on me!

I thought you said you weren't chipped (yet)?
22-23 is still where you want to be (Chipped). Any higher, you're just making heat, outside compressor effiiency, and the ECU will pull timing back.
