About how much HP does a 180 make if there is no turbo?

But actual crank peak maybe +/- 10hp.
This doesn't mean it's an inefficiently designed engine (compared to higher NA hp/liter numbers), but it's what you would get based on it's design, specifically cam profile and compression ratio meant for a turbo car.
At the same token, a 225 hp engine makes about 108hp at 0 psi - Note, this doesn't mean without a turbo, because actual N/A manifold pressures rarely get into 0 psi, unless all negative pressure effects had been designed out.
