Default Define "good deal"

I haven't looked into this much, because I generally don't bother with extended warranties. I know Jenner and a few others have recommended warrantybynet.com. Just tried it and got:
5yr/75K $1,699
6/80 $1,724
6/100 $1,956
7/80 $1,1759

More for "Premier" coverage. Of course, the fine print of what is and isn't covered goes on for pages...probably why I usually avoid these things.

Any consensus here on what constitutes a "good deal" ?
