Default They should have at least cleaned the inside, what's that got to do with the paint>>

every time my customers visit me they leave my store with their jewelry all polished and cleaned.

Default i was gonna razz you about your "exacting" standards

with the car(s) but this does sound very over the top. ;-) So I won't tease you about this one. <wink>

BTW, have paste wax ready for the inside (sigh) of the wheels! LoL I'll make you proud, i promise.

Default Picked up my car yesterday and car was dirty/dusty on the outside too....

But I asked them not to wash it. On the otherhand the inside was as clean as I had left it with them.

I suspect that the body shop is to blame for the condition of the inside.

As far as the AC...my AC feels less than cold after the car has been sitting outside in the sun. And it felt like that yesterday on the way home from the dealer, but this morning it was cold as ice.

Default I must say.. Usually (as I'm a steady repeat customer and would know) the car is

usually pretty clean. They can't get windows very clean, but the rest is pretty good.

Default true......sort of, its not that you cant WASH the car, it is that you should

wait to wax it for about 2 months. Waxing can cause discoloring etc if you wax on fresh paint.

Default I suppose the paint shop could have left the window down

Personally I blame Eric, the new service advisor. He should check the condition of the car. Especially in my case where the painting was necessary because they scratched it and this was the 5th time it was there to be corrected!!! (prior 4 times I got lip service)
